Aid Room, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that helps individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use recovery needs, and other crises connect with essential community resources and public-benefit programs.
Through individualized guidance, resource navigation, and one-on-one support, we help people stabilize, rebuild, and move toward long-term independence and well-being.

Our Mission & Impact
Aid Room, Inc. connects individuals in crisis with essential resources such as sober living homes, emergency shelter and housing resources, food banks and meal programs, clothing and hygiene resources, transportation assistance, free or low-cost phone services, mental health resources, substance use recovery support, Medicaid and healthcare resources, SNAP and food-benefit assistance, disability-benefit information, identification and documentation resources, and employment and community services.
We aim to serve clients, prioritizing human impact through restored dignity, reduced isolation, increased trust, greater stability, and renewed hope.

Support referrals to shelters, sober living homes, recovery residences, and other housing resources.

Benefits Guidance
Help people navigate applications for programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, and disability benefits.

Basic Needs
Support connections to food, clothing, transportation, phone access, hygiene resources, and other essentials.

Wellness
Support connections to treatment centers, facilities, wellness programs, and help services.

Follow-Up Support
Help maintain contact, address barriers, and guide clients toward additional resources.
